about

PushCart is the oldest song on the CD being written in 1989. It is a "friendship song" which was originally written for a theater play about the life and times of the legendary jazz saxophonist, "Charles Parker", called "Yarbird's Vamp" which was written my author and playwright, "Robert Earl Price". This is my first recorded singing debut and I hope to be singing more often in the future.

lyrics

A kind word
Roses and tulips
Poetry and posies
Fresh from my
Garden I bring to you natures gift sweet with dew
Can you see
See from your window
what's in my Pushcart
Friendship flowers

Kissed by the sunshine
Touched by the moon's glow
Rainbows of colors
Each petal does show
Stems filled with honey
Can you hear that buzzzz

A kind word
Roses and tulips
Poetry and posies
Friendship flowers
